This is our original product and where we have huge experience. Our track record is probably without equal within the UK. Contracts have ranged from port hardstandings to small bypasses to the largest motorway schemes.

One Working Day Deployment
Our mixing plants are normally set up on site within one working day allowing for very rapid on-site start-up.

Often they have been employed to produce CBM using site won material as an aggregate; but of course we have also worked on many schemes where aggregate has been imported.

The company has constantly been at the forefront of technical development in the field and is considered to be the UK market leader by a considerable margin.

We have seven mixing plants with capacity up to 800 tonnes per hour. Our customers collect from the mixing plant and we provide them with fully detailed records and a technical backup which is unrivalled.

Case Study: Motorway
This contract was 44km of motorway for which SBT were contracted to produce a total of 290,000m³ of CBM.

The aggregate - Bunter sand and gravel - was won from a number of locations on the site. The raw material was processed by our customer, screening, crushing and blending to the required specification.

The pavement design included CBM sub base, 180,000m³ CBM2A and 110,000m³ CBM1 were required.

Sitebatch provided a number of mixing plants for this major scheme. These were moved around the site to minimise haulage and maximise production.
