Case Study: Distribution Park, Doncaster
Specialist flooring company Twintec Ltd won both the contract to lay the internal flooring concrete of 12,000m³ and the external air entrained concrete of 9,000m³ and sub-contracted the production of both to Sitebatch Technologies.
Daily outputs of up to 700m³ were programmed and Sitebatch made sure Twintec finished at the right time. |

SBT sourced the aggregates and cement on both commercial and technical grounds, commissioned Weeks Laboratories to undertake mix design and agreed the mixes with Twintec.
Weeks carried out on-site testing for workability, air contents and compressive strengths on behalf of Twintec.
